We believe that the nurturing of the community around the Eucharistic Table is extended through gatherings which further strengthen and support us. We foster this faithfully through the power of the Holy Spirit and the gifts and talents of our members. We continue to walk our journey together with the Lord, our future secure in the knowledge that we have common goals in God's ever-present love. Father Paul Chateau is our Pastor and leads our parish.

Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish
On July 1, 2012, Our Lady of Fatima and St. James became cluster parishes. On January 1, 2014, our two churches officially merged and became Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish. We celebrated the first Mass of our new parish at the Our Lady of Fatima Church on January 1, 2014 - The Solemnity of Mary, Holy Mother of God. We are one family that has a rich history. We are grateful to have Fr. Paul’s leadership and clear vision as we journey forward together into the future.

We offer education, prevention, and treatment without charge, but with deep compassion and respect for the people we serve and their needs.

· Fasting blood draws are administered every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon.
· HIV and STD testing are done each Wednesday BY APPOINTMENT – call 313.961.7863, x2 to Schedule
· Mental health clinic every Wednesday at 3 p.m. – register at 2 p.m.

· Podiatry clinic on the 3rd Monday of every month at 9 a.m. (by appointment only; call to schedule).
· Dermatology on the 2nd Tuesday of every month during medical clinic hours (no appointment necessary or call to schedule).
· Health Education (healthy living, eating) every Clinic Session (no appointment necessary or call to schedule).
· We provide referrals for Dental, Vision, Imaging, Mammograms, Specialty care, smoking cessation.
· We also do referrals to the Most Holy Trinity clothing closet and food pantry.
· We have a special Vision program for Diabetic Patients.
